Have my goals set and BAM a knock in them. Ten plus nerve pain from head to toe! Even has my neurologist stumped and I have been seeing him regularly for the past 7 years. I dislocated my knee a week ago and it flared up my whole body. Fuzo heard it and said "what the hell was that?" That is pretty common for me though if I get sick or have an injury somewhere. I am not wasting time cause there are goals to meet and a softball season to get ready for. Have had a lumbar MRI already done, have a knee one tomorrow and a kidney ultrasound tomorrow too. Back in 2010 I had part of my kidney removed because of a suspicious tumor which came out benign. Well the lumbar MRI picked up another one so I have to get that looked into now. I have some good docs and after dealing with this for years, I can tell them what I feel I need and they will usually order it. I have learned to just fire them if they don't, lol. I am doing all the things I have learned to help it but not much is working this time. the meditation though, that is really awesome and I think everyone should do it daily. Like the saying goes.."this to shall pass"
