Anyone have any? I will be 50 and we are headed to California for a week in July! My goal is to WOW myself and my hubby! Toes in the sand, chillin under a palm tree with Fuzo lying next to me feeding me some exotic fruit:) . A girl can dream...right?:)
Steps I am taking to achieve my goal:
- Eating clean
- Going to the gym
- Meditating
- a very small amount of of test
- and anything that helps keep my mind present and calm
Oh ya ton!
Got to have goals to succeed!
-finish a novel
-get my next show off the ground
-executive produce a short film
-continue my blogs

-Ireland
-Cambodia

-figure out this 40 year old body of mine after 27 years of training things are changing!

Earn my Black Belt in June and maybe spend some time in the Canadian Rockies. Even if I don't make those I know I will be spending plenty of time in the Cascades enjoying the outdoors. I just cant wait for Summer !!!!
I want to eat cleaner, cut down on the beer consumption, get super fit and start playing kayak polo. IT IS FUN!
To work my 3 jobs as many hrs as I can pay off our truck and make my wife a nice nest egg to have ,and to get shredded about all the time I'll have esp working 70-80 hrs a week,but I wanna get everything paid off and the wife happy
