Anyone play sports here?

I know this section isore about pros but I'm always interested in what us "regular" people do to sport recreate.....anyone playing team sports? Mountain biking? What's up?

I play flag football with my friends in the spring. Always a good time

I play ultimate frisbee, do Muay Thai and box, I try to do 3 races a year, mostly 5K but have dome 10K and I am really slow.
