Got a new blender and started to make fruit smoothies and came across this by chance so i figured why not share. Blueberries, strawberries, cranberry juice (100% juice, not concentrate), and banana. Noticeable difference in taste and consistency in 1-2 weeks. I drank them daily and then stopped for a few days and she could tell. I am still using this recipe minus the banana to see if that makes a difference.

Pineapple makes it taste better too...have some for desert before desert...works for the ladies too :)
i have narrowed it down to pineapple juice, strawberries, and blueberries blended together. Every other day seems to work ok but everyday is ideal.
