i'd like to know about this
helios is about the only thing i have seen to work with spot reduction. i like to start with a 1/4ml and rotate each side from day to day. after a week you can bump it up to 1/2 and even work up to a full ml. i wouldnt go longer than 3-4wks without taking a break to let the receptors clear. no eca or any other beta 2 ags during that period either or it defeats the purpose of breaking
I keep it old school and simple. Diet, Clen, T3, cardio = in shape.
Helios never worked for everyone I personally know that has used it. Guns seems to have luck with it. Everyone responds different. So it doesn't hurt to try and see what all it does for you.
