In my prime I would eat 14 egg whites with 2 yolks for my 1st meal and last meal of the day. To this day egg whites are my main go to for quick easy meals along with not feeling super full after. Not a fan of hard boiled eggs
i mix a cup of broccoli in and it tastes better, with a little cheese too:)
