Max's come Back Log.....I hope
As you all know I've been around here a minute or two. I have some great periods of training and a whole lot of not so good training. A year ago I went to 3rd shift for a promotion, training was in the toilet and it continued to get worst from there. I recently began training at work with a PLing buddy and I just joined a new 24/7 gym that just opened up in town. the past few weeks have been great, no pain. Now grant it I haven't been PLing at all, I'm going to try the "slow and Steady" approach for a bit longer.
I would like to thank SarmsSearch crew for a great product while I was trying a calorie deficit diet, their product works great and the service is top notch. The product was S4, I was taking 50mg a day. My strength seemed to be steady without any drops in strength. I was impressed, thank you guys.
Also, Suppz.com gave me the opportunity to try one of their products, it was Synedrex. I used this while at work on thirds because I was always hungry. I would find myself in the Kitchen social eating just to pass time. This stuff really curbed the appetite well. I made the mistake of taking Synedrex and some Claritin D together, woohoo! It shut my hunger down completley, I had to force eat around 5am. worked well together. I will definitley purchase in the future now that everything seems to be in place now with diet and training.

Issues currently, tennis elbow L arm. Pretty rough completing some lifts. Keeping the lifts that agrivate light and high reps. Shoulder issues have not reappeared as of yet.
New gym is pretty cool, 24/7. They have a shit ton of new equipment. Im not a machine guy but this stuff may sway me to the other side. I hope that they add a squat rack and dead platform soon. It will then be a perfect gym. Here is their equipment;

Yes Ma'am! Just bee busy on the road the past few days, training in Spring***** and interview just south of I80 between LaSalle/Peru and the Quad Cities. Hoping back to normal today.

Okay, walked into the gym for some chest and triceps. Warmed up with 135 for two sets, started work set at 225 for two sets of 10 and moved on to 315. Now 315 is no max lift for me by any means. Set up the lift, lowered the bar to a pause on the chest, pushed and heard/felt a crunch in my shoulder......Fuk! I ended that session right there.
Now comes today, its a bit ache, but mobile. Im going to take it day to day and train without stressing the shoulder. We will see where this goes.
May be time for some HGH and BPC-157.

did you ever give the bcp a run amx? maybe throw that in the area and see if it helps if it is something minor
