I enjoyed watching Dolph but I don't know about people changing. At some point its not about whatever hurt you went through or whatever. It just becomes you. Your personality.

I have watched this a few times. I feel you can let the hurt change you or face it and heal. Many wont face the painful part, just my thoughts though. No right, no wrong
