I will keep you all posted on my progress. It seems to work well. The pumps are insane
This is what works for me so far. I use the bands when I do back or chest work. HMMMM WHY you ask. It seems to exhaust my arms pretty fast so I have to use the larger muscle I am working. It works well for this. I think the term is prexaustion of the arms.
Doing tris or bis it does not work well. I get so large a pump after 1 set all I can do is partial reps.
