And do cycles and still look horrible and not get a good physique or even somewhat of one
anybody can sit around shooting up... in this game it takes a lot more than just drugs to achieve a true desire to go beyond genetics.
cause people are stupid and think that it is the biggest part of the equation. it is only a small snipit of the game. even pumped full of anabolics you still have to bust your ass and stay consistent. that alongside of food are the only way to make significant improvements.
i will give you a prime example of a moron that i know and attempted to help out with training. dude is 20 years old didnt have a job and was living off his waitress girlfriends income. so the poor couple barely had any money at all to eat. dude is hounding to get on a cycle. first i tried to explain that you have to try to hit your genetic potential as well as maximize your already high levels of hormones with your age, get your eating and training in check and then in a year or so you can start to worry about supplementing. nope dude cant afford to eat yet still is trying to find someone to get him on cycle because that is the most important aspect. fucking idiot is all i can say.
Because people are Afraid Of Hard Work !!!!!!
It's EASY to pin gear , It's HARD to actually go in the gym and work your ass off to get a good physique. If you are not willing to work hard in the gym , pin your gear and go to Planet Fitness where you'll better off !! My .02 .
why all of the above is true...remember maybe they might just be in a slump...
There are so many guys I've seen in the gym day in and day out that absolutely never change. And I know they're on, and some of them always on and off heavy cycles. The biggest common denominator I notice with all of them is their work ethic. Same thing, day in and day out, year after year. I think so many people get caught up in the "everyday slump" they don't even realize it sometimes. That's why I switch it up and go to different gyms often. Just changing the scenery and training around different people is enough to keep that hunger going. I think so many people just lose that hunger.
