My god i ate so much freaking ham and chicken wings... my stomach hates me today lol
i was fortunate in the fact that i got sick and lost weight. sucks i missed out on the food but my body is happy now haha. i will make it up on my next cheat though
I started cleaning up my diet a couple months ago and I cant believe how much better I feel and I am getting compliments from people everywhere I go now. I dont say that in a conceited way, its just a fact. We know it when we are getting a lot more complements all of a sudden. Lets not lie, it feels great when people almost fall over when they find out your age.
Didnt eat much this holiday. Thanksgiving is the one I indulge in
I have to admit I've been absolute slob with eating the last two weeks.
Time to clean it up

I had salad and took my own chicken to the dinners but def indulged in some sweets. Gotta have a balance.

I actually eat pretty healthy,.. except for Friday or Saturday which is mandatory pizza and a Dr. Pepper night.
I've done my fair share of eating crap since Thanksgiving. Thankfully my workouts have remained consistent, but it's time to get my head back in the game when it comes to my diet.
Happy to be bulking myself
