Who takes melatonin?

What brand, dose etc? Can you please share your experience with us...

Members Mark brand from Sam's club. I take 20 mg Time release, Trixie takes 10 mg. Works great for me with no sides. Some times if I wake up in the middle of the night I take another 5 mg sub under my tongue.

5-10mg every night.

I take 5 mg most nights and have another 5mg on the bedside table in case I wake in the middle of the night and cannot go back to sleep. It is a great supp. without it I tried ambien and benadryl but they left me waking up groggy as hell.

I take organic tart cherry juice

It is way to easy and cheap to pass melatonin up. I get it at CVS and take 3mg almost every night. Not for sleep because I don't really notice a difference in my sleep but it is a good antioxidant.

I was taking Tryptophan every night and it was working good

i still say gaba works best. put the two together and you have a hell of a combo

Used too but haven’t in a long time, when I worked nights it was a big part of my sleeping supps

Ive tried it but doesn't work for me unfortunately...5 mg Valium is what i use to sleep if im struggling.
