Man that's tough. Chest but its a tough answer because most exercises work more than one part so.....chest

Although leg are not my favorite bodypart I would have to choose legs because worked right your whole body will improve.
I'll have to go with legs too. when I'm backpacking, climbing, or doing Kempo legs are the thing I feel.
