My Shoulder Routine
And exercises and some of the machines I use.So let's get all the Dumbells out of the way first these aren't in order
Front delt raises 5 sets 10 15 reps
Side material raises 5 sets 10 15 reps
Reverse laterial incline bench raises
Shrug dumbells 4 sets of 15. 80lb 100lb 120lb. 80lb
Then all my machines I use 1 machine file was 2 big but it's another seated side latetial raise machine and hammer strength seated press.By the end if this day I'm exhausted and shoulders are burning
