This is actually where I'm lacking and I need to come up with something. Right now it's just 80z of fair life milk and a protein bar... I'd like to drop the protein bar for some actual food.. getting up early and driving two hours to work makes it hard to get an actual meal in. I'm thinking oatmeal added in with the fair life would be a good place to start.
oatmeal with protein powder or cream of rice with protein powder mixed in would be a great start. for me now it's
4 whole eggs
3 slices ez bread
1 tbl spn of organic grass fed butter
1/2 tbl spn coconut oil
Either a protein shake with 2% milk or if I have time 2 eggs with a serving of oatmeal made with 2% milk...not water
Add some pumpkin pie spice and dab of fresh honey kick that oatmeal up a notch

french toast. oat nut bread and 3 eggs whipped with milk and cinnamon. a bit of cary's sugar free syrup and it was GOOD!
i have my apple cider vinegar/lemon juice cocktail aright after cardio and about 20 minutes or so later i have 5 boiled eggs and a 1/2 cup of quaker quick oats with a dash of non-fat vanilla coffee creamer.
Every day/morning is the same. If not I️ freak out and don’t feel right. 2iu hgh then make coffee and wait an hour. Then 5-6 whole eggs; first season the pan with olive oil and chopped garlic, then add eggs, fresh ground black pepper and sea salt. Top with Tabasco sauce and 2 pieces of dry wheat toast. Eat, 1 hr later, steel cut oatmeal and fresh fruit.

2egg beaters and some turkey sausage.. I add some peppers and onions to the eggs to add some flavor..glass of water.. I save the milk for later in the day with protein shake
