A couple of changes I would like to see in it are

1. Up the ALCAR to a full gram
2. Up the Choline Bitartrate to 500 mgs. I personally would drop thid and add 250mgs of Citicoline CDP Choline


Energy- 9/10 This is above average for sure.My energy on this was good.The best part is that it's notly stimmed and did have me bouncing off the walls.


Pumps-10/10 The pump I get while using this is actually pretty good. The Citrulline Malate is 6 grams and Agmatine Sulfate is 750mgs. These doses are great and I really like for getting pumps.


Overall-9/10 I loved everything about this PWO.
