got BAC avena sativa and nettle today, anyone one here using?

its the rage on EF, but wondering if anyone over here (or on here from EF) is using it? i figure to use 2000mg of each a day....they both are supposed to free up test bound to SHBG, at least avena is....the nettle i know helps with DHT problems like the prostate. i THINK nettle frees it up too. more free natural unbound test= better gains! proviron is still king though......best SHBG free'r upper. and carao is a probable too. i'm using all 4....lol....:D well post up if interested or if you are using. mg amounts and results.

yeah, with avena its even worse since you aren't sure if you are using the stuff in the university testing (and there is data to back it up :) check on the EF threads for the study/testing) but the BAC stuff is a potent extract....so worth a try. and carao everyone seems to like.....nettle is rather new to me, haven't researched it enough. will search around on the net tonight about it.

I have learned not to use stuff that is hyped alot because it usually has mod backers or people that profit from it! Mosat of them have done little or nothing for me!

i feel i have seen enough studies and what not on avena over the years, as well as some effective versions as "erection helpers", to finally use it. as for the carao, well seems lots of vets on EF love it...so its worth a shot....nettle and saw palmetto i think have proven themselves as prostate helpers AT LEAST. maybe more. well, to lower SHBG....i'll give the avena/carao/proviron/nettle combo a shot. :D

Will using proviron to bind to SHBG really improve your gains that much? Also oral winstrol also binds to this protein as well.
