3 decades of pinning: my report from Ultrasound test
Ever wonder about being a pin cushion? I've had lumps and bumps from bad gear but also have developed a pile of scar tissue. Consider my board name and realize that Tren kept the pins poppin for many years! I have multiple injuries and while working with a doctor, she freaked out at the lump in my ass cheek. I had actually fell a few weeks prior and had legit minor bruise but both cheeks have lumps. And before I get blasted, yes, I rotate spots more now than ever before but 30yrs is 30yrs. So, I had freaked out a bit about being labeled as a user but got my results back and they deem the lump/area as unknown so call it muscle injury! So, if you have an Ultrasound, have no fear (unless you have a broken needle in your ass). Never admit to shit too as it will be documented against you sooner or later.

Same here buddy when I got a scan of my chest. Muscle trauma. And docs can suspect all they want and know you are lying thru your teeth, but as long as you deny it they cant document it even if they do a blood test. As long as you never admit to it all they can do is label you an anomaly.

hey man, take you ass in literally and have either graston or iastm work done on all the areas you have build up. deep tissue also helps but is not as effective. they can bust up a boat load of scar tissue in a very short amount of time

no problem man. not hard to find a chiro or pt that does graston and if you dont want to go that route the iastm can be done by a sports massage therapist. instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization is what it stands for i believe. it is the same thing though with breaking up adheasions and scar tissue. stand by though because if you are as scared up and lumpy like me it is quite painful haha

Pushing a pin into my muscle now is like pushing a nail thru a leather belt

you need to get some of the graston and or iastm work done as well dzone. it makes it feel brand new trust me and you function better overall. oh and the muscle splits and seperation also improves. so it's a win win win across the board

The scar tissue in my glutes is terrible mostly from many years of finaplex. I'm not even talking about the way we mixed it back then. So sounds like graston

graston might help me
Re: 3 decades of pinning: my report from Ultrasound test
Luckily I don't have those issues so far. Using 25g needles probably help a lot in that area
Re: 3 decades of pinning: my report from Ultrasound test
Keep rubbin the buns:). I also have permanent skin discoloration from pinning glutes almost 20 years ago
Re: 3 decades of pinning: my report from Ultrasound test
