Coffee is good for you! A few pots a day. But then you have to do teeth whitening or it turns your teeth brown. Unless youre married, then you dont care if your teeth are brown lol
better to have slightly less than white teeth than to have them fall out and rot from lack of enamel. be careful with your whitening techniques for sure.
as for the coffee, i am going to live forever then because i use coffee when i get up and as a preworkout
I don't drink anywhere near 4 cups. Just a single cup in the am and about 45 minutes before a workout
I also have seen where coffee is good for you, from what i had read those who drink 1-2 cups a day, preferably black is good. I am a coffee fan myself and typically have one maybe two cups in the morning with breakfast.
