Do you guys rotate

Do u guys rotate injection sites to go with your workout?Like say u shoot ed or eod,monday being a leg workout do u still shoot your quads.My next cycle I have to shoot ed and was wondering if u guys shot to your training split?

I like to shoot in what ever muscle I'm training that day(if possible). Like today I did back, so I would of shot(not currently on any gear, April) in my lats. Call me crazy, but the 1st time I tried that, I really liked it. It seemed that what ever muscle I shot in, I also trained that day, it felt good.

Did you shoot in your Traps.......cause from the looks from your pic.....you must have....LOL (I know that you can't grow from spot injections...I thought it was funny anyway!)

if im injectin quadz, and my quad training day is one friday, im injecting sometime between saturday and monday

I never shoot in the same muscle I'm working unless it's bi's..and thats only to prevent an abcess.

I like to shoot quads then work them right after when possible. Seems to work the oil in and I get no pain.

na i just rotate sites but with ed inj 2-3 shoots ed sometimes i can keep up

I always work the same muscle I inject into. For me it decreases any pain I might experience in the site.
