Left achilles tendon. Not a lot better. 2.5 months and Ive had to give up running until it heals. But still training

stupid shoulder will not heal and my SI joint is there for life.

Shoulder joints are annihilated...I just train around that...Ive been training around it for years..I can still bench dumbells but a straight bar is out of the question...I can do overhead presses, I just have to be super careful

My knees have been hurting after using a squat machine and going ass to grass , never again !!! 90 degrees and that's it !!!
But for pain , I've been using BPC 157 , maybe like 3X a week for them and pain has subsided big time !!!
I have a shoulder that's been bothering me , I'll shoot up some in there too !!!
That product is the shit !!!
