Apple cider vinegar.
I use Braggs raw unfiltered. Soooo many health issues this has solved. I aim for two shots a day but sometimes only get one. I've gotten used to it enough to just swig from the bottle. It's nasty and will wake you up like smelling ammonia salts!
I can't believe how much it has single handily shrunk my waste. It helps with that deep brown fat under the muscle and digestion.
Give it a shot. Give it a month or two and reflect on how much it's helped your health.

Roughly somewhere around a tablespoon to an ounce. I used to measure now I just swig it from the bottle!

i do the same thing myself man. 2 table spoons 3x a day. i do actually use the same kind except i get the one with pulp. i was told by a nutrition guy i was working with that it was superior

Wow! That much!
I will try adding a third serving! I'm just blown away by how much it shrunk my gut. I'm in a phase where workouts are not great, diet sucks, cardio is sporadic, cortisol is through the roof...yet I'm still losing gut bulk.

on top of detoxing out all the nasty the impact on insulin sensitivity is unreal man. best to have with the big carb meals daily if that's your goal. i just found that having it with my first meal then sometime mid day and then with my final meal worked best for me. even if the last meal had zero carbs it is helping at night either way. i really dont think their is a wrong way to do it

My grandmother swears by apple cider vinegar, I really need to stick to using it. She has a whole book of advantages of a daily use.

i buy it by the gallon. I cannot tell if it is doing anything for me though. I can tell no diff when I take it or not OTHER than my digestion seems better. less bubble gut and gas. good enough reason to keep taking it for me

I started taking two table spoons a couple times a day too and add a pinch of cinnamon to mine.

Thats the grossest tasting shit Ive ever tasted. I can handle some pretty gross supplements, I drink brewers yeast in water every day and doesnt bug me at all...I dont know what it is about ACV but its like my body wants to reject it. I drink it and feel nauseated for about 10 minutes. I have a gallon that has been sitting there for about 2 years. I have heard the shit is great as fertilizer for pine trees. Maybe I will try that lol
