In search of a good Intra-workout supplement, we contacted our friends over at team Kaged Muscle to try out their intra-workout supplement, In-Kaged. After looking at the profile, we believed it was a good candidate for this category. With a solid 5 gram serving of fermented BCAAs, 3 grams of Citrulline, and some coconut water powder and Beta-Alanine, it is well rounded. It also has some Taurine, L-Tyrosine, and caffeine to keep you going mid workout. The flavoring was great and the price is very reasonable. All around we really liked this intra-workout. The only things missing, that we like to see in an intra-workout was some creatine and glutamine. The addition of caffeine is something that should be considered to make sure it works with your pre-workout. If your pre-workout is high stim and you don't want the added caffeine, this may not be for you. If you don't take a pre-workout or want something mid workout that will keep you going this is perfect. The caffeine content is relatively low, however, so it may not make much of a difference. At Suppz Reviews, we believe that intra-workout is the ideal timing for these ingredients. Overall, a job well done!
