Here is the deal most of us here we are alpha dominate and want only the best for everybody. I have been very strong when it comes to my children ( ass hole or Jerk some say) All of us have the means to make a difference in our Children's lives. Public school is for the public not our kids. Fuck the cost you will profit so much more from keeping them away from that socialist bull shit they call education.
Truth. My son will definitely go to private school when he goes
eating a giant hole in my wallet right now. being broke is far better than having to deal with bullies and admin that dont give a fuck and wont report because it brings down their state scores on their schools. that and having to bring le into situations that could be handled by teacher's or admin is absolutely pathetic and bull shit across the board. i am actually blown away their arent far more suicide and shootings than what happenQuote:

I could only wish that I could have gone that route of private schools. Where I went to public school the racism and violence was so bad that it was scary as hell to have to get up and go to school every day. Fear ruled your life. When other students are threatening to kill you because of the way you look, but you have no choice but go and pray to God that you get back home alive. Im not shitting you. Public schools suck ass. PTSD? Oh hell yes. It happens to kids every day where I went to school.

My son goes to public school . He is in line to go to a Magnet school . But I am closely watching all that goes on with school . I actually have a lot of female friends that work at his school and they do watch over him , which is cool .
I also put him in boxing in case he gets fucked with he can handle !!! So the best I could do is just be there for every situation and just be the best father possible !!!

My son is the product of public schools. Texas is right in the middle when it comes to rankings. but we are in a really good district. I am quite happy with his education. He is in college now doing well. We thought about private schools but could not justify the $ on the end result. He made decent grades. got help when he needed it, liked most of his teachers and never had any probs with bullys and such.
I have no prob with a person sending their kid to private school. great to ya. but i think a lot of people think because it is a private school it is inherently better than public school.
I think it depends more on the student and not the school. Of course there is no progressive indoctrination going on here as conservative as this place is.
I'd say it all depends on the district. I live in a small town and the public district is great. We pay a ton of taxes but it's worth it in the education. If I lived in a big city I'd go private for sure...

i am not a fan of home schooling. I think the dynamic of being taught by mom or dad or both your whole school career is counter productive. one must learn to take instruction from many different teachers and work with many different students. also social interaction with 20 other students while learning gets a kid ready for the competitive job market and college. I went to a Christian private school when we were in ATL. looking back half of the curriculum was faith based. i learned more about science and others in public school.Quote:

I spend the extra money for my kids to go to a private school that makes them wear uniforms and they have very strictt rules other then just teaching education. Like manners, respect, and many more values in everyday life.
they are turning out to be very good young men so far. Just thought I would share with you all. Most of the public schools around here are full of trouble some kids that have no respect for there elders. Sad thing. Have a great day.
in the inner city ghetto i sent them to private school. now they are in suburbs with top ranked public schools.
Do not generalize about schools. you can pay out the ass and get shit and you can also pay your taxes and get the best. If schools are important to you do your research and network before your next move and plan accordingly.
My neighbor is a drunken loser and obnoxious and loud doesnt pay rent and has no electric. but he is my elder. I do not respect him and knocked the wind out of him. the dumb old fuck the next day thought he slipped on the ice and cracked his ribs and i had to straighten him out again. i will never tell my kids they have to respect their elders. last i check child rapist would qualify as their elders. respect the person, not their fuckin age, color, background, appearance, fuck that shit.
When I was getting the shit kicked out of me at school, I dont think I ever told anyone. I hid it from everyone. Thats how we did it in the day. You suffered silently lol
