SUPPZ Top Supplement Picks

Hey Guys,

I'm new to the forum but have been in the supplement industry for a while now. I've tried almost every product that we carry and know my shit when it comes to supplements. That said I thought I would put my shortlist for a supplement stack out there in case anyone is looking for good products. You'll notice that almost no big brands make their way into my list. Most of the smaller brands are way outclassing big brands when it comes to formulas, they just don't have the resources to put into marketing so they are lesser known. Pre Workout
DVST8 White Cut - #1 rated by Stack3d and top rated by supplementreviews and priceplow. This pre workout is really high dosed and contains a great stim combo that rivals dmaa. One of my favorite things is that I don't crash as hard from this. I actually have energy hours after my workout so it's not great for late night workouts.

NutraBio Pre Extreme - Super high dosed, good energy without using DMAA, DMHA, or any other edgy stims. Contains cluster dextrin. Great energy, great pump. Try NutraBio Pre if you don't want carbs. It's liked a suped up version of pre jym or pre kaged.

APS Mesomorph - Just like the old Jack3d with more beta and citrulline. This is my favorite pre workout that still contains DMAA. Rocket pop is good. Stay away from tutti frutti.

Protein

I'm dividing this into 3 sections 100% whey (concentrate or blended concentrate/isolate), blends (contain casein), and Isolate.

100% Whey - On this my favorite is NutraBio Classic Whey. NutraBio's quality and testing is unmatched and use the highest quality ingredients. Classic Whey is just a straight 100% Concentrate using WPC80. I like concentrate because it is fast digesting (not as fast as isolate but close) and contains higher amounts of growth factors and amino acids along with subfractions that get filtered out with isolates. Honorable Mention is MTS Whey because it tastes so damn good and contains both concentrate and isolate just like gold standard if that's your thing.

Casein Blends - Tossing this up between CORE Nutritionals CORE PRO and Purus Labs Myofeed. Core Pro is a cleaner product, but Myofeed has real food ingredients like strawberries and cookie pieces in their proteins. Both great products.

Isolate - NutraBio Isolate because it's ridiculously high quality and is the reigning Stack3d protein wars winner. They are also coming out with new flavors soon. I also like Nutrakey Iso Optima because of the great flavors and value.

Amino Acids - NutraBio BCAA is a plant based BCAA (unlike many BCAA's which are sourced from duck feathers). The taste is great and you get 63 servings for $27. Can't beat it. For a more advanced formula NutraBio Intra Blast is ridiculously high dosed intra workout product.

Prohormones

I'm a big fan of the Hi Tech 1 Testosterone & Decabolin Stack. I took this and was hitting PR's within 3 days. Another workout buddy gained 10 lbs after a month and was noticeably bigger within a week. 1 testosterone contains a metabolite of DHEA called 1 - andro that undergoes a 2 step conversion to DHT (dihydrotestosterone) and then to the active hormone 1 testosterone. This compound does not aromatize so there is very little chance of sides. Decabolin is a 19 nor based compound that is great to stack with 1 test. Make sure to run a good PCT Like Purus Labs recycle.

Creatine

Any monohydrate. Literally like any. If you want the best quality monohydrate go with NutraBio as I know the owner Mark Glazier sources the highest purity creatine. I think he told me 99.9% pure. I'm also a fan of Metabolic CGP if you think monohydrate makes you bloat. I've had multiple people tell me that CGP did not cause water retention and it contains glycerol which is a great cell volumizer and nitric oxide booster.

Carbs

Cyclic Dextrin like NutraBio's Super Carb, or a high quality maltodextrin like their carbo max. There are really widely varying degrees of maltodextrin quality as the term maltodextrin is just a classification of carbohydrate substances. What we're looking for is high molecular weight, low osmolality.

Fat Burners

Hydroxyelite by hi tech contains DMAA and gives you good energy and appetite suppression. The new Inspired KOR is going to be legit. Great stim and appetite suppression, euphoria, and actual ingredients dosed appropriately to help you lose weight. Should be out within the next week. Their leaning compound LGND is really awesome as well. I noticeably leaned out within 5 days of taking this and it really boosts your endurance.
