if it were me big dawg i would drop those sessions and adjust your diet about 10% below maint. then i would do the intense sparing work that you do in place of regular steady state cardio. this is going to give you much better fat loss and allow you to hold onto much more muscle in the end. more cardio seems to only burn off more muscle than fat in my experience man
