How much fiber do you consume and how much carbs? If fiber is low and carbs are high, more distention. Switch them around and you might fix this issue!
Do you consume dairy? This can cause bloating as well.

I have same problem dirt I have to bust cardio harder than most like Ed 45 min fasting no seasond meat more fiber and water and I flatten out

Remember if you bump up fiber, there are 2 kinds and both are important. Also, you must make sure your water intake is adequate as you need it to help move things alone when bumping up your fiber. Your problem could be a number of things but you have to try different things and see what happens. I would say if you are not taking a probiotic, start with that and see how it goes.
i will give you a more specific identify the problem approach :
1- drop diary
2- make sure you are staying hydrated (not over or under hydrated)
3-take away one carb source at a time and identify which one is causing you issues
4-same goes for different protein sources (protein sources can also cause issues)
give each one a week and use the process of elimination to find the root cause. slow and steady so you can figure out what is causing it

fiber and probiotics as stated above. also eat less in a meal. volume of food in the gut will cause it to distend.

I got some Mira Lax from the VA. Is this soluble fiber. Would this help with bloating?
it is insoluable fiber brother and it is going to make you shit like a goose and probably is going to make you gassy and bloat as well. cranking your fiber up to quickly is going to have the opposite effect of what you are looking for. do what i noted above first. then if you want, add in 2 table spoons of physlum husk(make sure it is sugar free) before bed and go from there. what people dont realize is that insoluable fiber with sugar is useless for the most part. sugar attaches with the fiber and it just blows through your guts. you want the fiber to clean and do it's work, so keep it sugar free. i use the walmart brand knock of metamucil that is sugar free myself from time to time. i do think you should try out my idea first before adding anything new into the equation
