Was unloading an 8 foot tall pine tree out of the truck. That sucker must have weighed 400 pounds. The tree started to tilt I reached back to grab it, putting my Left shoulder in an awkward position. Bam. Instant pain. Now I am in pain with almost any shoulder movements. Icing it didnt help much. Ive had a severely torn supraspinatous on my right shoulder and that pain was worse. But this aint no picnic either.
After the injury I went out and planted 30 trees by hand. Maybe that fucked it up worse. lol Dangit. 2 days ago I got a grade II sprain on my right 4th digit, it is swollen twice the size of my other fingers and have not been able to do any pullups and hurts constantly. That happened lifting another pine tree out of the truck. Then I got that back sprain planting trees on Tuesday where I couldnt walk. lol This damn tree farming is kicking my ass but I am not going to stop. Oh, and going to the doctor is out of the question. I have to fix this shit myself.
Icing and taking handfuls of supplements for inflammation. Will get a bottle of wobenzyme enzyme tabs tomorrow and take the entire bottle over the next 2 days.
This happened about 10 hours ago and it is very painful right now. My arm is by my side because moving it hurts like hell. Dammit. Sorry, I dont mean to be a pu ssy lol
Damn Dzone that sux and I don't think I have ever heard you say anything about pain. It must hurt real bad but I do know that you will do whatevr you can to help it feel better. If what you do doesn't help get to a doc and see whats going on. Keep us posted
Damn bruther, I'm sorry for ya. If it come's to it try some DMSO on it. Its a great anti-inflammatory and pain reliever. I really love the stuff when I get an injury.
You are not a ***** bro. As lifters we push ourselves as if it were a natural instinct. If you have never been injured lifting, in or out of the gym, than you are not working hard enough. Clearly you are working very hard. Let those injuries heal and you will be an unstoppable beast again in no time.
shoulder injuries get us all eventually .. be easy on it until you feel good again for sure

That sucks brotha. I hate shoulder injuries. For me, that's the one body part that seems almost impossible to train around when injured. Take it easy on the workouts until it's good and healed bro. Definitely don't want to re-injure it.
