FREAKSHOW takes on Pump Juice Extreme!!
I was selected to try this pre workout supplement and i'm VERY thankful I was. Ive been using it daily the past week and it has been nothing short of amazing. By far one of the very best pre workout sups i have ever used!
My lifts have increased each and every workout, endurance is insane and the flow of energy is PERFECT. The flavoring of this product is SO FKN GOOD. I could pour it in a glass of ice and drink it all day.

Today was Chest, Triceps and Delts.
I havent been able to go heavy for several weeks due to feeling completely exhausted during training. This is mainly due to contest prep. I NEVER had any issues with contest prep and energy, ive always felt 100% the enire time but this prep was a *****.
*am Meal 1
900am 1 scoop PUMP JUICE in 8oz water
930am GYM TIME
Chest:
Hammer incline 150lbs per side 4x8
Flat BB Press worked up to a 2 rep max with 275lbs... havent seen this number in a while.
Hammer Slight Incline machine: 135x50, 225x30, 315x10, 405x8 then a drop sets 405x8, 315x10, 225x12, 135x20 (non stop, i did all the reps i could and held weight while they took a plate off each side)
Incline BB Press using hurricane bar: 5x10-12 with 135lbs
Deltes:
1 arm DB upright row 4x10-12 with 25, 35, 45, 55 (couldve went heavier)
DB Side Raise: 4 x 12 with 25, 30, 35, 35
Triceps:
weighted Dips: 4 x 8-10 with BW+25lbs
BB Overhead ext: 4 x 10 with 45, 55, 65, 65
V bar press downs: 4 x 10 with 60lbs
I felt full of energy and honeslty felt like i could train another hour. I LOVE this pump juice

in for the fun, glad you enjoyed the energy....It seems common for ppl to feel they have endurance to keep training while taking pump juice

Yet another killer workout today. Th energy i get from Pump Juice Extreme is amazing. Lasts the entire workout and no crash.

T-Bar Row 5 x 10 W/100, 125, 150, 175, 200
The drop set 150, 125, 100, 75, 50, 25 all 6-10 reps (Plus bar weight)
Bent Over DB Row (both arms rowing at same time)
5 x 10 W/60, 65, 70, 75, 85
Macine pull downs
4x10-12 W/225lbs
Drop sets: 275x8, 225x10, 185x10, 135x15
Seated CG Cable Row
5 x 8-10 W/120, 140, 160, 180, 200
Drop sets
200x8, 150x10, 120x10, 90x12
BICEPS
Machine Preacher curls
4 x 8-10 with 35lbs + machine weight (?)
DB Hammer Curls
5x10 with 35lbs (nice and slow)
I felt fantastic the entire workout. Energy was great and endurance was way up. True test tomorrow.... LEG DAY

I took 2 days off due to stomach virus. I hate it when this virus goes around. Not fun. Any way, back in the gym tomorrow and looking forward to pump extreme!

Had the same virus for two weeks, was horrible...hope yours goes away sooner.
