So veins were bulging a little week today from work though shoulders are achy from continuous hanging drywall ceiling but its all good

Man they pulled me in for one more night shift ,its weird how it takes me weeks to get use to it.I'm gonna take a scoop and do some shoulder work today.I'm going to say its up there with noxplode and nitrefix.its very strong with just one scoop.some pre workouts I will take 1 1/2 to 2 scoops for this feeling.
Man 1 scoop is all I have ever needed with Pump Juice, even old version I never built up a tolerance for it...one and done!!! Tempted to do 2 scoops but I better have a gallon of water due to the sweating this new version gives. Keep it up brother...keep hanging that sheetrock!!!
Last night I was up in the tbar demoing and reframing fire dampers one had plastic being the fur wall.lmao

I've never done it as a f/t job, but I've definitely hung some drywall in my day and that's a freaking workout.

your not alone. when your so conditioned to mornings and then tossed in to nights the body need legitament time to re coup.. I worked for a company that would routinely put me on nights and days consecutively and I NEVER was able to adapt.. working out was low on the list . I felt hung over all the time it was awful at least if they gave plenty of notice to prepare and then minimum week adaptation time you can manage but all and all NOT worth the extra 15% on the check.(for the night work only). they can keep that rotating days and nights crap ..

Cables 50-90 pounds 6 sets 15-10 a set<br />
Incline curls 30-40 6 sets 15-10 reps <br />
Skullcrushers 75-100 pounds 6 sets 12-10 reps<br />
Straight bar curls wide grip 75-100 6 sets 12-8 reps<br />
Over the head trip CEP extentions 40 pound dumbells 6 sets of 15<br />
Reverse curl straight bar 65 pounds 6 sets of 12<br />
Now I'm gonna say it was a combo of the orals kicking in the pump juice and the taking most of last week off but best pumps I have ever had ,EVER!!!!
OK drunk some pump juice and went for chest.incline 135-195 7 sets 15-8 reps.fault bench 135-205 7 sets 15-10 reps and then some cable pull downs.80 pounds 6 sets of 15.feeling real drained and tired today.I think I need more sleep.
ahh they are the worst, in my job the call them round robins.Thankfully i finally have the senoirty in my job where i hardly ever have to do them anymore but as a junior worker, i had to do them alll the time and it was a killer!

Bamb a scoop of pump juice 20 mg anavar and 20 mg tbol and it was legs front leg press 4-5 plates 6 sets of 15-10.reverse Leg curl 4 plates 6 se5s or 10.squats 135-190 6 sets 15-8 reps.calf raises 4 plates 8 sets of 15.....forgot to weigh my self today yesterday I was 240.

Today popped my tbol anvar cocktail with my pre workout and I was on a good one.got a great back work out.did some bentbfoward hammer raises about 6 sets of 75-110 andvtesp of 20-10 then some 50 pound dumbbell for traps.then some incline reverse grip pull downs 3-4 plates reps 15-12 6 sets and hammer peek curls off the knee.then some andled rows wide grip 4 plates 15 reps 6 sets.and reverse peek curls.and now I eat a prison spread with steak chilli lmao

Ok today was sjolders and a prison spread with a giant can of tuna so much for.blood pressure. Took pre workout got amped and hit shoulder press 90-135 6 sets of 12-10 reps.back shoulder muscle 25-30 punders 6 sets of 12 -10 reps and sides my favorite just 20 pounders to failure 10-15 reps and I felt like that was good did a couple cable raises for front muscle but felt it was not needed.

Today was arms did some new exercises added a little more weight and lowered reps gonna go 5 weeks of low reps for some mass.7-8 reps for all final 3 sets.also did a lot of for arm exercises.

So today did my normal leg routine but everything upped 20-25 pounds in weight a great jump from week to week.I was feeling real good today.and my calf's were veiny and felt sore before I even walked out.

Today was back and some traps only a 10 pound weight jump with same exercises but different grips.great pumps and great feeling today.
