ok here is day 2 and how much i am able to open everything up after the work was done. it still is a bit tender but 100% better than yesterday. still got a bit of water on and i am still pretty dehydrated. i am pounding some serious water though
also for jipped's comments about his issue coming from bone. here is the thing with the back, hips and pretty much everything tied into those areas. when you have scar tissue and other sticking stuff going on with the muscle, it pulls on the bones and creates pain in that area or it shows in another. one thing i learned is you getting lower back pain could be coming from bound hips glutes and even obliques and hams. so when that happens it weakens the area that it is protecting and over compensates elsewhere which may or may not be where the pain is coming from. so when it all gets busted up and fixed it all fires the way it is supposed to and bingo pain free. cool thing for my back is when i got blown up and compressed all them verts it pulls down. when i get the area worked on it opens it all up and i get zero pain because it is no longer pulling the area.
