Are You Resting On Your Rest Day?
We all know we need to take a break from the grind of whatever type of workout we choose to do. I am curious to know what goes on in your rest day. Is it an "active" rest day with stretching and range of motion activities? Or is just all out " I'm not doing a damn thing today." deal. I typically try to stretch out a bit and stay lose but there are the days were I just plop myself on the couch and thats it. I typically feel better with a slightly active rest day. What are you doing?

some rest days for me are cardio days and some are days that i just sit on my happy ass and dont move unless i have to. i do tighten up a bit when i do the not do anything ones so i will roll in the am and pm before bed. just to keep everything loose for the day.

I try to keep somewhat active on my rest days. Sometimes I'll go in and do a little cardio. I stretch everyday, but I always try to get in some extra stretching on my rest days. However, there are occasionally those days where my ass doesn't leave the couch lol.

no i train almost every day but the training is so light i do not need to rest. my back is FUBAR, if i push it i am out a week. i do take a day and work in the yard of go kayaking both are physical but i feel pretty good albeit skinny as hell
