I do something similar with yogurt and milk...with all kinds of recipes

i do something similar with both steel cut oats and cream of rice. if you use cinnamon protein powder it comes out like a rice pudding or just straight up pudding. i usually dont add in pb though. i keep that for my pre workout meal
