Inner and outer Abductor Machines

So did my legs and I have a bad knee so its all machines for me so I decided to hit the inner and outer Abductor Machines HOLY BALLS its been over a week and my shit still hurts and cant walk right yet

Yup I started doing adductors during some of my secondary leg workouts and first time I did my groin was sore fore quite antes days hahaha

i do them both and yes they can be brutal on your legs haha. you want a silly setup (which i know you cant squat fuzo) but you can go ahead and get a nice nasty pump in the hams with some kind of curl, then hammer abductor and addcutors before hitting the squat rack. it primes you to force almost all quad work and it is extra special brutal
