I hate this time of the year. Have to deal with rude people that don't have a clue what they are doing in the gym. Oh well 80% will be gone by February.

My new years resolution was to keep doing exactly what I have been doing. I am glad I am not one of those people.
I kinda feel sorry for them. They would have a much better life if they would just excercise a few times a week all year.
You have to think of it like this, if it were not for the fat rich people signing up for a year at a time on the new year, a lot of gyms would not be there...and they are gone in MAX 6 weeks anyways...
yea it sucks try and but some eca at your local supp store the shelves are cleaned out here but i love seeing newbes in my gym they allways want advise like how to this and how come that and sometimes they will hook me up with cash to train them how to work out so it has its ups and downs
