what steroids will and won't do for you (for newbs)

they make you more aggressive so you can get after it in the gym, recoup time is less, HELP'S with muscle and strength. it will not overcome genetic factors, if your biceps don't have peaks it won't make them. their is a couple of guys in my weight /age group that are benching 250 pounds more than me, no drug will get me to that level, you can't set on the couch and eat bon bon's and expect to make muscle all you will get is fat, you still have to put in time at the gym and being on cycle your workout's should be more intense and harder.

This way of thinking really angers me. I have dealt with it even in my own family. The old I could do that if I took steroids. Well than do it or shut the f__k up! The same people that stand around in the gym looking at their cell phones or talking to their work out buddy non stop. You will not look any better because your training and diet are off. There is a lot more than putting something in your body. It's what you do after that counts.

stupid cant fix stupid and you hit the nail on the head horse. aas are a tool in the tool box. they dont create champions or allow you to make progress easier. hell i would venture to say that you have to work harder to make them work more effectively for you. the guys that crack me up the most with this mindset are the ones we see that are all puffed up and loaded down with water. yep that guy wearing the tank top strutting around that doesnt eat hardly at all but is watered to the gills. as soon as he drops all his fav compounds to "pct" so to speak and everything clears he will be as small or smaller than he started. then you hear the man i dont know what i am doing wrong, what do you do? i eat and talk to my doctor there buddy.

I get tired of people asking what will make them ripped. My simple answer is always diet/nutrition. There response is usually yeah yeah but doesn't tren or win get you ripped. I just roll my eyes.

A guy I know last year ran cut stack for the first time. I told him to work on his nutrition. Well he decided to forgo that information and just do more cardio. He did get results I did body fat pn him and he ended up putting on 10lbs of muscle but only lost like 1-2 lbs of fat and his initial goal was to drop about 20 lbs of fat and get ripped.

Anyways his next cycle comes and he run the cutstack with some test and some tren e...he came up with this on his own. I hadn't seen the guy in a while and he comes walking in. He looked fat/bloated and unhealthy. I finally walked up to him and flat out said you look like shit. He is pretty laid back and knows my personality so he chuckled and was like gee thanks.

Anyways did another comp on him and he had just put on a bunch of fat and little muscle. His reply to me was maybe I should try growth hormone or winstrol. Rolled my eyes again.

guys think they can pin their way to size/strength lol i wish it was that easy. i can't throw too many stones on diet, my goal is to take in as much protein as my system can handle and keep my weight just under the limit for my class. pretty much red meat and eggs with a carb.

Steroids will do what you tell them to do. If you tell them to make you fat by eating cheeseburgers and fries and doing no cardio on cycle they will make you fat. If you tell them to help you keep muscle mass and strength while in a caloric deficit and increase vascularity and hardness they will. But only through a strict diet. 85- 90% nutrition, 10-15% gym and gear.

I see alot pf people run cycles and they may even eat half right and workout hard, but after they loose focus and stop trying after the cycle is done.

All of the above here. Genetics won't replace laziness. I've found even when i'm on cycle and doing minimal lifting (3-4 times a week) I can maintain weight about 15 lbs above my "natural" level. With that said, i'd rather be "on" at that level than off. Personally, and i'm sure a lot of guys on here will agree, being "on" goes beyond just the gains you make in the gym. The general wellness you feel is absolutely amazing. I feel sharper, smarter and more rested and have more energy than without. Bit of a tangent so not trying to hijack the thread, just my two cents.

i agree i love being on and even when i cruise it's still with 300 mg a week of cyp, i have been trt for over 3 years now

I am being helped by a personal trainer / nutritionist. He says, to meet your goals, it is 80% diet, 15% exercise, and 5% genetics and gear. Gear simply helps you push past your genetic boundaries. But you can never out gear or out exercise a poor diet. He is SOOOO right.

I hate the saying, you can get just as big without them. its total bs you cant get as big unless you take gear. don't get me wrong you will get big but not steroid big.

Genetics play alot in how the muscle develops and looks. Obviously running gear does nothing without an excellent diet, hell i ran four cycles before i knew what i was doing diet wise. I just thought i had to pound alot of protein and all would be good.
