The only time I ever have girl scout cookies is when (inevitably, Every. Single. Year.) someone brings them into work. That said, I do enjoy thin mint. And I was in disbelief at how much the powder just smelled like them.

My wife hit the gym yesterday morning and treated herself to a shake when she got home. She also just signed up for the bootcamp that they're running at our gym, too. Makes me so excited. I love training her and love when she lifts. They've been doing the bootcamp classes for free so far and starting in Feb, they've got it for $20/month extra. That's for 8 sessions, though. So $2.50 per session. Well worth it, IMO. I still can train her and develop workout plans for her solo stuff and twice a week she's doing that and we're not paying an outside trainer.
A little off topic, but anywho.
But the thing to be cautious of here is there is still some sugar in each scoop (and some fat, but I'm less concerned with that). So I treat this as more of a MRP option and for my wife, I told her to make sure only use this one when she's had a good/hard workout day. We have other protein around with close to no sugar that gets used more often.
Point is, every once in a while, you just need to let the wife say...

The worst thing about girl scout cookies for me is that one is never enough and I dont feel right unless I eat the entire box

lol you didn't even need to clarify that -- I just thought it was implied.
If you're not giving me at least an entire sleeve, don't even bother.
Re: Thin Mint Yo-Whey Review
yeah man the sugar content is a tad bit high but their are a couple ways one could offset that. 1-use during bulking lol 2- add in some fiber of at least 13 or more grams to pull the sugar out and offset it 3- use it as a preworkout or postworkout shake to maximize the insulin spike. just tossing out a couple remedies to get rid of that nasty sugar

Good call. Definitely a few scenarios to use it.
I basically just treat it as a meal replacement when my macros allow for it (e.g. I'll watch other carbs to leave room for it). 2 scoops yields 26g, but it's still way better than a candy bar. And even some of the greek yogurts have almost that much in them. However, I'll have to try this and see if it's good, but some of the plain greek yogurts have almost no sugar in them. Mixing in a scoop or two of thin mint with plain greek yogurt should make a nice little tasty paste.
Re: Thin Mint Yo-Whey Review
I did that with a chocolate egg protein and it was really good (and more filling than just drinking a shake).

Yes I use it pre/post if and when I do, it is a great flavor, my little girl likes 1/2 scoop in almond milk before her karate classes, she likes to mix it in her pink ProMixx blender :)
