3 weeks till my second show. I realized from my last show I can't depend on the venues pump room equipment as it's a damned near fight to get ahold of a 10 lbs dumbell. I seen a lot of guys with resistance bands, I seen a lot of guys snap themselves in the face doing curls and standing in the middle of the band. Anyone got any advice or referrals for this?
I'm flying out of state so I'm limited on what I can bring. I was considering hitting walmart and buying 2 20lbs kettle bells when I get there and returning them after the show...
