TRT/ Cruise and long term arimidex use
Going back on my cruise here shortly and wanted your guys advice and suggestions. I'm trying simplify my cruise so instead of low dose NPP 3x a week I'm using low dose deca 1x a week. I wanted to simplify my AI as well and switch from aromasin to adex. I know most will say aromasin is better but barring any real bad warnings that's what I want to try. So for my cruise this is what I'm planning:
Test C: 250 mg/ wk (125 mg mon, 125 mg fri)
Deca: 30 mg/ wk (mon)
Adex: 2 mg/ wk (1mg mon, 1 mg fri)
HGH: working up to 4 iu/ day mon- fri
I have never used adex before. I've done some research but can't really find any definitive answers on these questions and I've also found conflicting info. I do plan on running labs 4 weeks after I come off my blast and start this plan. So my questions would be: Is 1 mg adex 2x a week sufficient? Is it too much? (my adex is 1 mg caps so I cant break them in half) Is 2 mgs a week ok for long term use? You guys who run trt and are prescribed adex what are your doses and frequency? Any other insight or suggestions

Not to hijack but i have a question.
Can your system recover if your on a cruise? does your body know the difference btwn low and high dose test? or does it shut down no matter what the dose is?

Test and deca look good for a cruise adex is fine eod twice a week

Bump. My big question 2 Mgs adex/ wk long term likely sides or probably none. I know I read possible bone loss and cholesterol issues but I can't find anything about long term low dose use.

the doc's prescribe it for long term use to hrt patients gusto but they are sticklers for lipid panels. 2mg per week isnt going to crush your estro down to deep but the 2 things i would be the most concerned with would be estro raising and failing by only doing it 2x per wk. so it will peak and drop and also the lipid issue. you can most likely combat that with coconut oil fish oil etc..... if i were you as soon as you are done with the dex switch over to aromisin and run it at 12.5mg eod or e3d forever if you want.

no you may continue to stay in your bodies natural range but you will remain surpressed as long as you are putting external test in your body

On 250 a week cruise dose noise .5mg Adex E3D and my estrogen fluctuates between 17 and 31. Perfect range for me.

I think between what you said and lunchbox Ill take 1 mg e3d. Was trying to simplify it so I just took it on injection days. hmmmmm maybe ill do 125 test cyp e3d day as well :D

I personal cruise at a gram of test a M-F and 10mg Adex M-F I should be fine right plus I never do blood work its a personal choice.
Every third day looks good to me and I hope no one believes the top statement. I feel I must say this because I'm afraid a newbie might just try that cruise. Another option which works great for me when I cruise is low dose 150-200mg a week of mast.

So far dht's don't seem to agree with me. I lasted 5 days on anadrol and recently just stopped proviron cuz I was pissing 5 or 6 times a night. Really unfortunate too because I love proviron. I was going to actually give masteron a try coming up here soon but it kind of worries me now.

Better safe than sorry but I pissed like that also but it was the gallon of half a water a day. If your stream is good and your not just pissing small amounts I figure your getting rid of excess water which that proviron does for you right? I'm no doctor so obviously I don't want to give you bad advice. Plus you can monitor your prostate right? I should know more I'm getting older but in my family both sides there hasn't been issues.

I also on cruise if I can get away with don't like taking any anti e most of the time I don't have too. I'm like you also and get blood work done regularly. Thats very smart of you and I don't think people realize just how important it is.

i would agree with that and the few times my prostate acted up it was hard to piss and had discomfort in my adiomine

For a long time my cruise was very simple. Test cyp 250 mg/week (split mon and thurs) and .25 adex eod. Now my cruise is a little more and I like to include deca but that initial cruise dosage worked great and my estro levels stayed in check very easily.

I have a question almost the same except I'm using aromasin anavar, winny and 50 mg a wk of deca. How much aromasin do I use? FYI, I also have nolva and proviron as well. Gunnnns chime innnn

mast kills my prostate. on trt dose i don't run any a.i. i cruise on 250 test and 150 deca

after your initial 2wk build up of 25mg ed or eod you should be able to roll over to 12.5mg ed or eod due to build up. aroma isnt like nolva or dex where it kicks in pretty much in a few days, it needs a buildup for most people that''s why you can cut dose in half after the initial build up period. if you throw proviron in there you still need an anti e alongside of it because its anti e property is very very weak. also with prov you need to watch prostate if you are prone to prostate issues. if your taint starts cramping that is a sign that it is swelling up on you and its time to take a break or stop it. that's a pretty interesting cycle you are running and for most the estro control shouldnt be that bad

Thanks guns. I'm also on 300mg test per week.
