I had a food posioning incident 1.5 yrs ago that literally almost killed me lost 25 lbs.
Im back after a long recovery road and better than I was when it happened back then
Im on a mostly liquid diet of eggwhites and weight gainer in place of breakfast
only eat maybe 2 full meals a day consisting of turkey chili with kidney beans and or chicken and rice
very little cardio maybe 40 mins 1x a week I have a fast metabolism
I do 4 exercises per bodypart 2 or 3 bodyparts per day 6 sets pyramiding up in weight
I stick in the 12-18 rep range for the first two sets 10 reps next two sets 8 reps next set 20 reps last set
I use nitric oxide hmb creatine bcaas eaas beta alinine and a pre workout
and bodybuilders bodywash to kill the gym funk to keep the skin clean.........
