haha thanks guys, i started a new job so ive been madd busy. I was going to start next week, possibly the following week.
Ive been slacking on diet because of low finances but hope to start as soon as i can.
I ran out of whey a few weeks ago plus my left elbow still hurts from my test cycle that ended recently. Im thinking i increased strength to fast and was pushing myself too far.
I get a soreness feeling when i do push ups, kinda weird.
Let us know when your Beast officially starts...checking in on you too bro!!!

ok guys im sorry. I had a major medication change that put me out for more than two weeks. I finally feel ALOT better.
SO with that being said and finally getting a few paychecks under my belt from the new job, i will be back at the gym this week. I almost started taking the Drol but I knew i wouldnt be in the gym, Just being honest with you guys im not flaking out on this situation.
Ill be in the gym starting this next week and I will absolutely be making logs.
Agreed, sorry to hear about the hardship, but hope all is on the right track, brother.

Work has been incredible, ive been here almost three months and already looking at a promotion so work has taken priority over the gym but im starting my routine today i cant wait to get on this Beast!
Well folks today was my first day back in the gym. Ive been on the Beast for two weeks now and the pump i had was incredible.
I cant comment yet on strength or weight gain yet but there was a noticeable increase in my pump just after a couple of sets!
Current weight 185lbs
I trained chest and tri's. I went light today because I know im going to be sore as hell tomorrow.

I did a very light back/bi workout, I spent no more than 45mins in the gym. Mainly because it was 6pm and every dildo in tampa was at the gym. I am so thrown off by how much my appetite has increased with the addition of the beast. Last month i was eating about once a day and now im at four times a day and still starving. This is really my first real week back training so give it a month and ill be back up to six meals. Very impressed with the pumps.

Six pound increase. I see a big differene in my shoulders and back development already.
im FINALLY getting over my initial soreness from last week. holy hell DOMS absolutely killed me. I love going to the gym on sundays, its always dead.
So i did a warmup set of bench to see how sore my chest was, I did four sets on tri's just to get the blood flowing but I went in today to do Legs.

I hit legs this morning. I upped the weight quite a bit and was able to still get 10 reps on my last set. I think my endurance is still coming along, after 45min im completely beat and usually head home. Normally my workouts last around 1.5hrs.
Im still sore from my chest workout i didnt realize how much my delts are worked on bench press. Im still sitting at the same weight. 193lbs.
Pumps are still in full force - the other day i forgot to take my beast and i noticed my hunger wasnt as crazy that day. I still think my apetite has increased alot since being on it.
