Update 6.5 weeks out from 240 down to 204 and getting ready

Hello all, It has been a while since I posted anything at all. Between prepping 8 clients for an upcoming show, and prepping myself and girlfriend time is restricted. I was told by somebody here when I was 20 weeks out that I did not have the body to win the over all and go back to nationals. I started my jouirney at 240lbs I started diet at 16 weeks out, full force at 10 weeks out. Using all short acting stuff including igf, hg this time around. I can't press enter and move the lines on the screen. sorry for running on sentences. B2J

What division do you plan on competing in? Which show if you don't mind? Big changes still s long ways to go. Good luck my friend keep killing it and get your goals

Thank you all!! James yes my body never really changes until week 4 really----it always does come in very late for me, never ever early. I am concerned with the water I am holding around the back however, but I just discovered a small mistake I have been making in my keto plan...........I am fixing it today. I am also using some advanced techniques for tighting up the skin in my muscles. aside from a good solid cycle as well. I have not yet up the cardio to over 40 mins, starting Monday I am hitting 45 mins 4-5 times weekly.

Looking awesome bro. That's dedication and hard work right there. I'm the same way with the 4th week. It's like it hits over night!
