Hoqw did the surgery go swiper
ur huge bro great job, my trainer is an NPC competitor...... in the off season he is 5ft 9 255lbs
Ahh gotta love this board lol.. Looking huge Swiper !
Look good bro...Swole Daddy, what us daddy's of daughters want to be when they start dating ;).
Heck yea. You look awesome brother.
thx,
this is my diet. I've been eating like this for years.
breakfast:
5 packets of oatmeal Brown maple sugar
lunch subway db ham ft long
train (stated again today)
2 homemade ham sandwiches
dinner: chipotle 2 db meat burritos
and before bed a large bowl of cereal.
fruit loops or cinnamon toast crunch.
I change up the dinner meal once in a while to pasta with Italian sausages chopped up in there or shish kabob with rice from a mediterranean restaurant. I eat the shish kabob with rice a lot on weekends.
on weekends I eat a little different but during the week it's pretty much as stated above.
I'm currently on and have been on for a while now:
2g test e ew
5 iu gh rips ed
Adex .5 mwf
the key for me is high doses of test and some gh year round. that's the trick of gaining good mass and holding it. IMO. my next cycle I'm gonna experiment with mega doses of test. I truly think high test doses is key.
in the pic at 278 lbs
I was on:
test e 1350 ew
tren a 100 eod
deca 450 mg ew (for joints)
adrol 100 mg Ed
t3 50-75mcg Ed
clen 2 weeks on 2 off.
(no Adex thats why I was holding a ton of water and some fat. now i take Adex which totally changed my look. I'm dryer and leaner)
the reason why I choose those doses of oil is because I can fit that all in one syringe. lol. just for convenience. (you can fit about 3.5 ml in a 3 ml syringe)
no slin I'm too lazy to stick to the protocols . I'm the kind of idiot that will screw it up and be passed out on the gym floor. lol it's just not for me. so I'll never touch it.
Hmm that looks like a solid day man tons of meat in there.....
So would you say the test is doing most of the work for packing that muscle on along with the gh? And do high doses of test make you eat like you do ? I have a hard time eating so im wondering how you become mutant hahaha?
Damn bro! Looking lean and huge

Fruit Loops and Cinnamon Toast Crunch...love it!!!
good job man! lookin great!
a little set back. January 2014 I had spinal fusion surgery. I went to see my doc Thursday because I was having nerve pain again. he took X-rays and found that 2 of the 4 titanium screws broke. now my bone has shifted back to irritating my sciatic nerve causing a lot of pain. he said he doesn't want to do surgery because he doesn't know how he'd get the screws out and that he'd might have to go through my side instead of my back to get to the location to install new hardware. he said its invasive won't operate. he wanted to refer me to a pain specialist to take pain meds the rest of my life. I said no way. so I'm in the process of getting a second opinion. I think he's too inexperienced to do corrective surgery. I think the screws broke either
because the screws are deductive, they were put in at the wrong angle. or the bone wasn't fully fused when he told me I could return to my normal life activities which was 6 weeks post surgery.
6 weeks post surgery

whatup man, ya i agree with the others, freakin huge bro!
Man that must be agonizing to have to deal with that. please dont go the pain meds route it will ruin your life. How did your back get to that point? Car wreck?
thank you,
yeah there's no way I'm taking pain meds the rest of my life. I always do things to the extreme and I'll probably turn into a junkie. I took pain meds post surgery for two weeks and when I stopped, I felt like shit and got cold chills for a few days. it sucked. no way I'm going that route.
I had and now have again a genetic condition called spondylolisthesis. it's where one of my lower vertebra shifts out of place and presses the sciatic nerve
damn swiper that is freaking brutal and no way they should have broken off. i would be all over a second opinion and maybe even with one that does sports injuries as a specialty. i am sure someone like that may have came across something like you just had. screw the pain meds, not worth it
Wow i dont know how you could live with that daily. Is the pain like a 10 out of 10? How could those screws have broken?
You look great man, your a beast!
yeah it's bad. the levels of pain fluctuates, but the last 1/3 of my days are the most painful.
I think they broke because either my bone wasn't fully fused after 6 weeks when he told me I could return to my normal life activities, defective screws or the doc put them in at the wrong angle. at my 6 week post surgery appt. he said I could get hit by a truck and it'll not break. lol.
If you don't mind me asking Swiper. What are you using in terms of a cycle? You're gifted.
