Ill start up the workouts beginning with Bench tomorrow. I am coming back from a strained pec, hit 315x10 as my final set last week, but was a bit sloppy, no bouncing or anything, but just not in the groove and a little shaky. Trying to get myself back up in the 400 range without re-injuring myself.
