Re: DRy brushing your skin
Been doing this for awhile and it is really great for getting the dead skin off and keeping skin soft. Alos, for getting the lymphatic systmme moving which is important. This and my trampoline rebounder and I have a good flowin lymph sytem, lol.
Re: DRy brushing your skin
Was looking this up for another member and thought I would give it a bump. Since we get even dryer in the winter, this is an excellent technique and has many benefits
Re: DRy brushing your skin

I picked one up at Walgreens and then order another one online. They are not expensive either
Re: DRy brushing your skin
I'm definitely going to have to try this! May even talk MM into helping. Could probably be very relaxing as well as beneficial.
Re: DRy brushing your skin
i can hear my wife now "you are not a horse so i am not brushing you down like one" haha. very interesting though and i am with dzone on detoxing as much as possible. may have to give it a try myself

have you ever seen a 300lb crippled person try to do anything like reach across the other side of their body. i could probably do my legs with no issues and maybe my chest but that's about it. remember that one of my arms doesnt work completely so doing certain things cross body are damn near impossible for me lol and it is a good excuse to get her to do things for me hehe
