If i'm running either Test E 500 mg/wk or Test C 600 mg/wk, Can I do a 2cc shot, since they're going to stay in the system for so long due to the ester? Or do I have to break it up into 2 pins per week(every Saturday&Thursday or whatever)

2x's a week ENSURES that you keep steady levels at all times which will give you better gains and less sides. a lot of bad sides come from levels of different compounds bouncing around. And you can just mix them up brother no need to to do 4 shots EW just pin 2x's a week with test and decca in the same pin. i always mix my test e and decca i love that combination to lol

At what age did everyone pin first? For me it was 37 when I felt my natural test dropping......
And yes, e4d seems to make the most sense as a week has an odd number of days....
I think I was 24 maybe 23. Put on 25lbd went from like 165 to 190 in ten weeks. My first real cycle that is had tried previously but got ripped off. If I would have waited and learned to lift and diet. I may have never even needed gear.

i dirty bulked like a mother ****er. if it was edible and in front of me i ate it. Gained a lot more fat then i wanted to and more water then i wanted to but thats what happens when the people at mcdonalds know you by name lol. went from 185-215lbs after PCT my highest weight during that cycle was 220lbs! i lost a good amount of water weight after PCT and i started eating cleaner i stayed around 215. Been hooked ever since. I wish i would have weighted forsure though but i dont regret it. If i knew what i know now back then man!!
I shoot only once a week on sundays the test cyp or e but that's me and I grew off it . but I think the guys are wright in your case brother 2xs a week works great for most but once the build up in plasma reaches a certain level only once in my opinion is good. but again, this is wat I do.
