Seems counter productive to me. Humans are omnivores. We have pointy teeth and forward facing eyes for a reason, to hunt and eat meat. Our bodies need Vitamin B12 to be healthy, vegans must supplement this. In mind mind, if a certain diet requires supplements to be healthy, that diet is not meant to be. Of course everyone's diet is their choice, but I wouldn't do it....
