Am I the only one whi wakes up in the middle of the night starvi g my ass off.. woke up last nght at about 330 went dwnstairs, and this was my snack
Salt and vinager chips
Left over sushi from lunch
3 granola bars
Can of coke
Glass of milk
Handfull of grapes
and a box of mac and cheese
Someone tell me im not the only one thats does this..please...
Oh ya..did I tell yous I still rock a sick set of 6 pack abs...man I love tren and prope..just sayi g
i am ALWAYS hungry, at the very least....and starving most the time!! i have been like that for the last year or 2....
nope ur not the only one ... i usually grab some pb or another piece of chicken
I call that "handfull" time...cause it's handfulls of this and handfulls of that
Fuzo is up nightly between 12:30 amd 3:30. He eats plenty during that time!

I'm out of the gym around 10:30-11:00pm. Take my post workout shake, and about 2-3 hours later I am absolutely starving, but so tired. My weekdays start at 4:30-5:00am when my wife's alarm goes off (depending how many times she hits snooze lol), that means I have to get up and get on that treadmill. Kids wake up at 6:30am and it's go go go all the way till I put them to bed about 8:00-8:30pm. Then I'm off to the gym for some much needed "me" time ha ha.Quote:

i wake up starving but i cant eat like that. i normally eat a flax flatbread and hummus. sounds nasty but it's really good and filling too.
my son on the other hand wakes up 1-2 times every night to eat, sometimes we see each other coming or going or leaning on the counter eating. we grunt with our eyes half closed and carry on. he is only 105# at 5'7" and eats 4000 calories ED. what a metabolism
Because of my acid reflux 8 is usually my last meal so by 3 in the morning I am always up to piss then stare into the frige for 30 minutes hoping that will fill me up
At least you remember what you eat. I wake up in the morning sometimes realizing half the food in my pantry is gone and I'm like WTF? Oh yeah, I must have been hungry last night. I live alone, so it's only me that eats the food lol.
I get pretty hungry too bout an hour after breakfast. And if I stuff myself the night before, I wake up all starving with my gut all growling like I haven't eaten in days.
