TGBSupplements has changed our shipping to USPS real time rates so international customers will no longer have any issues with shipping.
Also U.S. customers will pay anywhere from $3 up for shipping. We are going to give customers more coupon codes to make up for heavy orders.

But my order got lost in the shuffle or something. going on 30 plus days. i never had issues like that even with stuff coming from china!! anyhow, not TGB fault he promises to make good.
