gyno concerns
Can you get gyno even if you're not on anything at the moment? My nipple has been little sore (feels like a zit is coming out) for a few weeks now. i feel a little lump under it. It's not puffy or anything just a little sore. I've been off my cycle for a couple of months and I'm not taking anything besides protein. What do you guys think? Thanks

I get the worst problems with the itching and burning about 5 weeks to 2 months after I end a cycle.
When it happens I just take 40mg of Nolvadex for a couple of days then if the itching goes away, I drop it down to 20mg for another week – if not then I keep it at 40mg for a couple more days. That usually does the trick for me.

I've had no itching what so ever, just little sore when it touch. What do you think. I use liquidex thorughout the whole cycle and also through clomid. Like I said I've been through since Nov. 1. It's been sore for a couple of week now wouldn't it start get puffy by now?

Gyno can develop on its own, although it highly unlikely. I would run some Nolvadex, and also see your Doc asap just to be safe.

Its happened to me before too bud, about 3 months after my cycle and like Drenten said, nolvadex does the trick. I ran it at 20 mgs for 2 weeks and all was well. For me, it started with itching and puffiness, then came the soreness, felt like my nipple was bruised, quickly followed by the lump progressively increasing in size. Dont sit around and watch it grow, get some nolvadex. You could have natural gynocomasia , it usually happens in younger people like me, and fat men usually have higher levels of estrogen.
